The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were always available and eager to assist (especially with directions). my room included complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. I really loved it. plus, the daily cleaning service kept everything fresh.
this was a minor issue, but sometimes it interrupted my afternoon naps.

The location of the hotel was really great. It was a walkable distance to many popular places. The air conditioner worked great, and that was important with the heat. The staff smiled all the time. I found everything clean and good.
The lift did not worked some days. when I asked for coffee, the person at the room service told me they didn't have it.
